Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
01How you receive your purchase
Once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your order is marked as paid and the download appears in your account under Orders. You must be signed in to download.
02Confirmation time
Most payments confirm within seconds. Some PayPal payments (for example eCheck) can take longer; downloads unlock only after the payment is confirmed.
03Downloads and versions
You can re-download products you own at any time. You keep access to the version you purchased, and receive free updates published for that product.
04Problems
If your payment succeeded but your download is missing, contact support with your order number.
