This policy explains what personal data TwoCubeMC Development collects, why, and how long we keep it.
01Data we collect
Account data: email address, display name and a password hash (or your Discord identifier if you sign in with Discord).
Order data: products purchased, amounts, payment provider references and timestamps. Payment card details are handled by PayPal or Tebex and never reach our servers.
Technical data: IP address and timestamps for downloads and security events.
02How we use it
To fulfil orders, deliver downloads, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations.
03Retention
Download-log IP addresses are anonymised after 90 days and webhook payloads are purged after 180 days. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
04Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processors, email delivery, hosting and file storage) and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
05Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@twocube.in.
